Refund policy

At Softly Worthy, your comfort matters — in every sense. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

To start a return, email us at [your email] with your order number. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Sale items and digital products (journals) are final sale. We do not cover return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
